Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 3jlz login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your account – whether authorized by you or not – is your responsibility unless you have notified 3jlz of unauthorized access in a timely manner. 3jlz will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.
All 3jlz accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, withdrawals, wagers, winnings, and bonus amounts are expressed in PHP unless otherwise stated.
3jlz is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations. By registering, you consent to 3jlz conducting identity verification checks at any time, including at registration, before processing withdrawals, or when unusual account activity is detected.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. 3jlz accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. Deposits are generally credited to your 3jlz account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment channel. 3jlz does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 3jlz reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and to suspend the associated account pending investigation.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take one to three business hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or when additional verification is required.
3jlz reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse, or compliance with applicable legal obligations. You will be notified of any such delay via your registered contact details.
Account balances that remain inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed in the fee schedule within your account settings. 3jlz will make reasonable efforts to notify you before any inactivity fee is applied.
3jlz offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions tied to occasions such as PBA season games, UFC fight nights, and Philippine public holidays. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules expressly state otherwise.
3jlz uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for all non-live games. Live dealer games use physical equipment operated by trained dealers in a controlled studio environment. Game outcomes are not manipulated by 3jlz under any circumstances.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, 3jlz will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its correct state. Where this is not possible, the affected round may be voided and any wager refunded to your account balance. 3jlz's decision in such matters is final.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any 3jlz content without prior written consent from 3jlz.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3jlz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
3jlz's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 3jlz account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
3jlz does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform at your own risk.
Your use of the 3jlz platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how 3jlz collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.
3jlz reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or for any other reason at 3jlz's sole discretion. Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
You may close your 3jlz account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 3jlz platform shall first be submitted to 3jlz's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.
3jlz reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable. Your continued use of the 3jlz platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
